The final battery station holds two 12" tall stacks of five battery types (D, C, AA, AAA, 9v) and includes a lower shelf for a battery charger and extra battery-related items. All dimensions are provided in inches. Also includes information on two design variations for a non-shelf version and a smaller/narrower version.

Eventually we started using rechargeable batteries too. We didn't want to give up valuable counter space for the charger though, so it wanders throughout the house.
